Privacy Policy

DRAFT โ€” last updated 30 October 2026. This draft is not legal advice and must be reviewed before BlitzDaily accepts payments or shows ads.

BlitzDaily ("we") runs a daily sports trivia game. We are based in Canada and handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

How we use it

To run the game, rank leaderboards, prevent cheating, connect friends, process Pro subscriptions, moderate user-created content, and (for free players) show ads. We do not sell personal information.

What other players see

Your display name, scores, times and streaks appear on public leaderboards. Friends see you on friends boards. Custom Blitzes are visible to anyone with the link and show no author name.

Retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from Account โ†’ Delete account; this removes your scores, streaks, friends, sign-ins and sessions, removes your custom Blitzes and cancels any Pro subscription. Stripe keeps payment records as required by law.

Children

BlitzDaily is not directed at children under 13, and they should not create an account or sign in.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or ask questions about this policy, by emailing support@blitzdaily.app. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Service providers

Cloudflare (hosting and database), Google, Apple and Facebook (optional sign-in), Stripe (payments), Google AdSense (ads, free tier), Esri (map imagery). These providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States.
