Terms of Use
1. The game
BlitzDaily is provided by [legal name] "as is" for entertainment. We try to keep questions accurate but cannot guarantee it; if you spot an error, tell us at support@blitzdaily.app.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account. Pick a display name that is not offensive, misleading or impersonating anyone; we may change or remove names that break these rules.
3. Fair play
Don't cheat, automate play, tamper with scores or attack the service. We may remove scores or accounts that do.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of custom Blitzes and questions you create, and give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and show them to people you share them with, and (for questions you suggest) to use them in official Blitzes. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, infringing or private about others. Anyone can report content; moderators may hide or remove it.
5. BlitzDaily Pro
Pro costs $4.99 CAD per month or $39.99 CAD per year, plus applicable taxes, billed through Stripe and renewing automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage subscription; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
6. Ads
The free tier may show ads on the start and results screens. Pro members don't see ads.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the game or these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms. You can stop using BlitzDaily and delete your account at any time.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
