How BlitzDaily scoring works
Every day at midnight your local time a new Blitz drops: 8 sports questions, the same set for everyone. There's no clock per question — one stopwatch runs for the whole Blitz. Nail the answers, then go fast for the bonus.
Your score = accuracy (up to 8 × 1,000) + time bonus (up to 2,000). Perfect game: 10,000.
The question types
Each Blitz mixes 8 questions drawn from 6 question types, so some types appear more than once.
🌍 Globe tap
Spin the globe and drop a pin on the stadium, city or venue.
Scoring: within 50 km = 1,000. After that the score fades smoothly with distance: about 740 at 500 km, 530 at 1,000 km, 270 at 2,000 km and 140 at 3,000 km.
🔢 Number guess
Type a number: a total, a record, a distance or a year.
Scoring: closeness counts. Off by 10% = 800, off by 25% = 500, off by half or more = 0. For years, each year off costs 40 (5 years off = 800; 25+ = 0).
🎨 Colour pick
Pick the team colour or jersey shade that matches.
Scoring: all-or-nothing, 1,000 or 0.
🔘 Multiple choice
Four options, one right answer.
Scoring: all-or-nothing, 1,000 or 0.
📶 Order it
Put four items in the right order (most to least, oldest to newest…).
Scoring: partial credit — 250 for every item in its correct spot.
↕️ Higher or lower
We show a number; is the real answer higher or lower?
Scoring: all-or-nothing, 1,000 or 0.
The stopwatch bonus
The stopwatch starts when you press Play and stops after your last answer (time spent reading the reveals doesn't count). Finish in under a minute for the full bonus; after that it eases down to nothing at three minutes.

Accuracy still matters most: a slow perfect game (8,000) beats a lightning-fast sloppy one.

Streaks
Finish the daily Blitz on consecutive days to build your 🔥 streak. Miss a day and it resets to 1 next time you play. Archive, bonus, random, pack and custom Blitzes are just for fun — they never count toward streaks or leaderboards.
Leaderboards
- Only your first play of each daily Blitz is ranked.
- Scores are re-checked on our server from your raw answers and times; impossible times are rejected.
- Ties are broken by faster time.
- Daily, weekly (Monday–Sunday) and all-time boards plus a streaks board are free. Friends boards are part of BlitzDaily Pro.
- Pick a display name to appear on the boards; names are filtered for anything rude.
FAQ
When does the next Blitz drop?
At midnight in your own time zone. Everyone gets the same 8 questions for that date.
Do I need an account?
No. You get a private, anonymous account on this device automatically. Sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook (once available) to keep your streaks and scores across devices — your progress carries over.
Can I replay a day?
You can replay for fun, but only your first finish counts on the leaderboard and for streaks.

Yes — open the menu and choose “Create a question”. Build a private Blitz to share with friends by link, and optionally suggest your questions for the daily set (they're reviewed first).
